No Guarantee of Outcomes: While we strive for excellence and accuracy in our AI-powered solutions, we do not guarantee that the operation will be error-free or that the outcomes will always be as intended. The complex nature of AI technology means that unexpected or unintended behaviors may occur, and we disclaim liability for such anomalies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Indemnification by Customer: Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Umbrella Tech AI Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to legal fees, arising from or in any way connected with their use of the AI products, including but not limited to claims of harm caused by the AI products.
